Solution focus approach to hiring and next generation career planning

Marcus Fischer has written a terrific post on AdAge digital: Supporting the New Four-Year Career. In it he suggests why and how marketers (agencies and clients) should change their approach and metrics to talent acquisition and retention, and the role social media can play in the pre-hire, tenure and alumni phase of an employee’s lifecycle.

Check out my comment about how we might address the needs of next generation hires, during the initial interview phase, by asking prospects to imagine what they would want to be saying during the exit interview, four years into the future.
